II. Purpose of this statement

Service: E-commerce platform “antarte.pt”
Version / scope: Public web portal and transactional areas (user account, checkout, customer support). Future mobile applications will be covered upon publication.

III. Exclusive Responsibility

ANTARTE declares, under its exclusive responsibility, that the service identified in section 2 meets the applicable accessibility requirements established in Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Decree-Law 82/2022, with the specific limitations described in Annex A (non-conformities) and mitigated by Annex B (action plan).

IV. Summary description of the service and its accessible operation

  • Main functions: product search, shopping cart, checkout process, account/orders area, chat and contact form.
  • Keyboard-operable interfaces, compatible with screen readers and capable of resizing text up to 200% without content loss.
  • Information presented in multiple sensory formats (text, icons, ARIA live status messages).

V. Compliance verification methods

Harmonised standard applied: EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (2021-03), corresponding to WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Automated evaluation: carried out with AccessMonitor on 23/06/2025, covering three representative pages:

Manual evaluation: by experts and tests with users with disabilities — scheduled for Q4 2028.
