ANTARTE declares, under its exclusive responsibility, that the service identified in section 2 meets the applicable accessibility requirements established in Directive (EU) 2019/882 and Decree-Law 82/2022, with the specific limitations described in Annex A (non-conformities) and mitigated by Annex B (action plan).

- Main functions: product search, shopping cart, checkout process, account/orders area, chat and contact form.
- Keyboard-operable interfaces, compatible with screen readers and capable of resizing text up to 200% without content loss.
- Information presented in multiple sensory formats (text, icons, ARIA live status messages).

Harmonised standard applied: EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (2021-03), corresponding to WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Automated evaluation: carried out with AccessMonitor on 23/06/2025, covering three representative pages:
Manual evaluation: by experts and tests with users with disabilities — scheduled for Q4 2028.
